You must be a fan of Carl the friar.
Please submit either your real name or a realistic nickname. That means nothing ridiculous like "IcAnCUSSaLLZiwAAAANTs!!!11!!"
A valid email address and your country are both required.
You do not need a website to join. However, if you do have a website, you must put up a code on your site within two weeks. If you do not have the code up when I check, I will still add you to the list, but I will not link your site.
No porn, racist, or other hateful sites are allowed.
I will not accept any sites with a CJB.net URL re-direction. Sites with a CJB.net re-direction have pop-ups that spread viruses. I'm sorry, but I want to keep my computer and other computers safe.
